Main product lines
The manufacturing process of Anaconda Group is focused on three main product lines:
1. Complete engineering in the design and production of innovative automatic and semi-automatic PET bottle blow moulding machines which are an in-house development of Anaconda Group. When designing and manufacturing PET machines, the company offers the possibility of individual engineering solutions tailored to the specifics needs of the customer’s business. Anaconda Group also provides post-production servicing.
2. Design and production of moulds for the blowing of PET bottles and moulds for the blasting of plastic packaging, which have a unique design and are tailored to the individual needs and requirements of the client.
3. Production of more than 800 models of PET bottles according to an individual project – shape, color, volumes from 50 ml up to 11 l. PET bottles can be made from both fresh and recycled plastic. Anaconda Group produces PET bottles for mineral water, soft drinks, carbonated drinks, beer and low-alcohol drinks, milk and milk products, juices and punches, oil and vegetable oils, vinegar and acidulants, detergents and cleaning agents, technical liquids, jars, vials, etc.
Blowing PET packing
Anaconda Group specializes in the design and production of equipment for the inflating of PET packaging. The company’s team has more than 25 years of experience in the manufacturing of plastic packaging and knows all the specifics of the production process down to the smallest detail. Therefore, we can provide all our potential customers with professional consultations for their selection of blowing machines and equipment related to the work process – compressors, coolers, dryers and filters.
Anaconda Group offers a complete construction of installations adjusted to the specific needs of the customer’s business.
Utility models
All the machines offered by Anaconda Group are its own engineering development. The AM-X2S model is protected by a utility model certificate issued by Bulgaria’s Patent Office.
The company’s team has developed its own protected machine for the packaging of empty PET bottles, which is far more accurate and precise than the full bottle packaging machines, given the natural instability of empty bottles.
Thanks to its vast experience of more than 25 years in this business, Anaconda Group designs and manufactures moulds for the blowing of PET bottles by using precise and high-performance CNC turning and milling machines.
Team
The engineering team of Anaconda Group designs and manufactures bottle blowing moulds with an optimal ratio of quality and weight of the used preform. Thus, all of the company’s customers have the opportunity to further optimize their production costs.
Facility
Anaconda Group owns two new modern production facilities located in the city of Pleven (25 acres) and the city of Pazardzhik (17 acres).
